I am a Mechanical Engineer specializing in granular materials and fluid mechanics, with a strong focus on food processing applications. My research explores the collective behavior of fine powders and coarse grains, particularly their flow dynamics, segregation, and interaction with processing equipment. I investigate challenges such as powder mixing, storage, and controlled flow in food production, optimizing handling techniques to enhance efficiency and product quality. My work contributes to improving food processing technologies, including powder fluidization, bulk transport, and the design of equipment for efficient granular flow management.
