Area of interest

Our research group focuses on utilizing microbes, algae and their secondary metabolites to enhance products, food, nutraceuticals. We explore diverse environmental algal microbes and wild mushrooms samples to uncover bioactive compounds, bio-pigments / bio-colorants, and bio-functional properties, enhancing unconventional sources and untapped algal / microbial / mushrooms based resources.
